I am a multimedia producer with a focus on radio and site specific sound walks. Currently, I am a producer for NPR Music's first multiplatform program, Jazz Night in America, hosted by grammy-award winning bassist, Christian McBride. I am co-founder of Frontier of Change, a media project addressing climate change in Alaska through interactive soundwalks, community events and a broadcast series, produced in partnership with KNBA and AIR's national initiative "Localore: Finding America". My radio work has been aired on Studio 360, NPR's Morning Edition and Weekend Edition. I have produced daily news programs, launched podcasts for 54 Below, Winters Past and Make Time, and created sound design for the Piehole theater collective and The Aliens radio drama.
I have a B.A. in American Studies from Vassar College and an M.A. in Media Studies from the New School. I studied documentary radio at the Salt Institute of Documentary Studies.
People write things about what I do sometimes.
