Josephine Holtzman is multimedia storyteller with a focus in audio documentary and interactive sound walks. Her work has aired on Studio 360, NPR’s Morning Edition and Weekend Edition. She produced the podcast series for the performing arts venue 54 Below. Her multimedia work has been shown at SXSW Interactive, RE/Mix festival, the AASHE conference, and has received funding from the New School Civic Engagement. She studied documentary radio at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies, and is currently pursuing her Masters in Media Studies at The New School, where she is a founding member of the interdisciplinary project, Sound@NewSchool. She holds a B.A. in American Culture from Vassar College.
